Evolve Neurological Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy, exercise physiology, personnel training and therapy assistant services across Greater Geelong, Bellarine, Surfcoast, Golden Plains and Otways. We have created a multi-disciplinary team where you, your clinicians and your support team work together to achieve your goals through collaboration, communication and teamwork. Evolve was born out of the realisation that ‘together we achieve more’.
Evolve’s team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologists and therapy assistants are highly experienced and committed to supporting you. We have established local networks and are well acquainted with the services that exist in our local region.

- We are a team of 8 Physiotherapists (Claire, Lisa, Caitlin, Kelsey, Cameron, Georgie, Claudia and Samantha)
- Between us we have a total of 70 years of experience!
- We are supported by 16 superstar Therapy Assistants some with decades of experience working with clients with disability, along with those with exercise degrees and students of physiotherapy and exercise physiology.
- The Evolve team also includes Jess, our amazing Exercise Physiologist, also a qualified Pilates instructor.
- Evolve has been providing supports to the Geelong disability community since the launch of NDIS almost 10 years ago and for many years prior.
- Our client retention is something we are incredibly proud of. We have many clients who we have supported since the very beginning of NDIS. Our longest clients have been with the service for over 15 years.
- We are also proud of our staff retention. All our Physiotherapists have been on the team for more than 3 years and we pride ourselves in providing a stable and consistent service for our clients and a supportive and happy workplace for staff.

Qualified Pilates instructors; Accredited practitioners in Parkinson’s specific programs including LSVT BIG and PD Warrior; Qualified Dry Needling practitioners; Qualified aquatic physiotherapist; Women’s health & continence physiotherapist, Advanced Bobath Practitioners; Dance teachers; Complex seating experts; and award winning for Claire’s work setting up the Healthscope ‘MS Wellness Program’. - We have a structured continuing professional develop program and internal support network. We support each other and problem solve as a team, sharing our skills and experience to ensure all our clients get the benefit of 70 years of experience!
